Each year when the new In Colors come in May, Stampin’ Up! shares a new colour coach to help inspire us with colours that go easily with each ink/paper colour. This is an amazing resource when you struggle with coordinating colours. *Click on the link to get your printable copy*.
Print the 9 pages (one sided), then cut them apart with your trimmer. I made sure the dotted lines were taken off each little panel, as I didn’t want them to show when i laminated them. If you don’t have a printer, you can take the file to Office Depot (Ontario) or similar office supply store to be printed for a minimal fee.

Using the Heartfelt Hexagon punch, I punched a hexagon in each colour of card stock. This is a great way to see the actual colour, as your printer ink will have some variation. I store my cardstock in a filing cabinet, in alphabetical order which is easiest for me. I used a tape runner to adhere the correct colour hexi to the back of each colour panel
I was able to get 6 colour panels comfortably in each laminator pouch (they’re called pouches but they’re really a folder) and feed them through my Scotch laminator). I use 3 ml pouches, as they don’t need to be super thick (and they’re more cost effective). I loosely cut them apart with my trimmer, then trim them closer, using the left edge of the trimmer rail, lined up against the edge of the white panel.

Once they’re all trimmed to the same size, I used a 3/16″ or 1/4″ hand punch to put a hole in the top left corner and put them in alphabetical order. I store them on a Dollar Store shower curtain ring for easy reference.
