This beautifully simple card uses the Stamparatus, to create the illusion of motion. I saw this card on Pinterest, made by Jane Allmark, in the UK. She also has a video showing the technique. Please note that I’ve included the Stampin’ Trimmer, but it is retiring at the end of this catalogue period.
