This month’s Paper Pumpkin, “With Love & Gratitude” is absolutely stunning. It was designed by Shelli Gardner, who is one of the founders of Stampin’ UP! and is still very involved with the company. I did a couple of “Facebook Lives”, which are now on Youtube, for you to watch as I unbox and create the beautiful projects in the box. I also did a few alternative projects for you to try and enjoy. Here is Part 1 of the replay.
Below you will find Part 2. In this video, I address an issue I had with the stamp set. A quick call to customer support at Stampin’ Up! had my issue resolved. On a rare occasion, you may experience an issue with a Stampin’ Up! product. It’s not unheard of when you consider how many thousands of each product are mass produced. Stampin’ Up! stands behind their products, 100%. In this instance, my stamp wasn’t stamping properly, no matter what I did. Fortunately, my friend, Jenn is a Paper Pumpkin subscriber and had this month’s stamp set. She had’t even opened hers yet, but willingly let me borrow hers to finish my video. I do have another stamp set coming in the mail, as a replacement for my own.
I hope you enjoy these tutorials. If you’re not already a subscriber to my YouTube channel, I’d love you to hit the subscribe button and don’t forget to give a thumbs up. This helps me stay more visible. AND – remember…. if you’re ever not satisfied with anything in your Stampin’ Up! order, contact me (or your own demonstrator) right away to get it resolved.
